In Git Extensions, it's possible to select a commit, select some lines in one of the changed files, and then either "stage" or "reset" them (in practice applying a patch containing those lines, I assume):
Git.Extensions.recording.mp4
It would be very nice for SourceGit to support the same functionality, especially when it already has the "Stage" and "Discard" buttons for both hunks and lines in the LOCAL CHANGES view 🙂
