- Factored out architecture details to point to the dedicated architecture article, which also is being updated with the extra info in the README. This article will need to be merged before this PR can be merged
- Minor wording, grammar, and whitespace fixes
- Whitespace fixes - Grammar fixes - Ported some wording from Getting Started
We don't need to go through the architecture in detail here. There's an entire article dedicated to it. A separate change will be needed for the article.

…Python We have evolved our README with additional information on the architecture of MLOpsPython. We want to remove the majority of the architecture text from there and link to this article instead. See microsoft/MLOpsPython#220 for more details.
