Exception with mysterious description while trying to initialize yt_dlp from C# #2675

I have a C# project from which I'm trying to experiment with calling yt-dlp. On the follow statement, I get an exception for which the message is that the exception was thrown. The exception's InnerException is null. What could be going on?

Exception of type 'System.ExecutionEngineException' was thrown.

I tried to step into the code, but quickly ran into unmanaged code before finding where the exception was thrown.

Now I find out I have to use gil for even the import. The source I was following didn't mention that.

0xC0000005 is a classic Windows error, indicating invalid executable files. This can happen if you are mixing different bitness in a single program. Without your actual code, it's difficult to tell what's going on...

@filmor You didn't reply. I did realize the version of my project in Git was out of date. I just fixed that. It was demonstrating other problems that have since been fixed.

Sorry about that. But you didn't respond at all. I was left scratching my head. A "I'm busy right now" would've been nice. I was fortunate Gemini finally figured it out. I had no idea how to explain the issue to it for a while. As is, until you responded, I had no idea the code was a HRESULT.
